Steve Chiasson
Steve is a passionate fan of modern architecture and has been interested in trying to find avenues to make modern architecture more accessible to the mainstream market. He believes in bringing modern design to clients through prefab building processes at prices that are competitive with traditional building practices.

Lydia Billingsley
Lydia has long been an admirer of modern architecture and thoughtful design. A former lawyer, she now works behind the scenes at East Coast Modern as well as our partner company, Nicholas Fudge Architects.

Elijah Lukac
Elijah is an architect who brings a broad perspective from working and studying internationally. He sees design as a tool to empower people’s lifestyles and strengthen our connection to the environment. He believes modern design should be more accessible to all and is passionate about using prefab techniques to bring about a future where high quality, inspiring homes are as economically feasible and environmentally sustainable as possible.
Evan Hoyles
ARCHITECT
Originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland, Evan developed a keen interest in modern residential design during his studies at Dalhousie University’s school of Architecture. Drawn to East Coast Modern’s unique modular approach to construction, he works to combine his passion of modern architecture with progressive building techniques.
