Three platforms. Infinite choices.

The Lake House design is a great example of a modular solution that can easily be scaled up or down by adding or subtracting modules.  The original design boasts a large public wing, a master wing and a third wing that houses the children's rooms.  An additional floor plan to the right demonstrates how the plan can be modified for a smaller two modular approach.

Our favorite design feature of this home is how each module frames a private view of the amazing Bras d'Or Lake in Cape Breton.
